At HoneyVeda, we take pride in the purity of our natural honey; however, due to the perishable nature of food products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours to initiate a resolution.
Report the Issue
Send an email to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product or incorrect item.
Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the claim against our shipping logs and batch records.
Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization code and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back to our facility.
Refund or Replacement
After verification, we will either dispatch a fresh replacement jar of honey at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
