Is HoneyVeda honey truly raw and unprocessed?

Yes, our honey is 100% raw, unheated, and unfiltered. We retain all the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and pollen grains just as the bees intended.

Why has my honey turned solid or crystallized?

Crystallization is a natural sign of pure, high-quality honey. It does not mean the honey has gone bad. To return it to a liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

We process all orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to reach your doorstep.

Do you offer returns or refunds for food products?

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for opened jars. However, if your order arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement.

Are your honey varieties infused with artificial flavors?

Never. The distinct flavor profiles of our honey come naturally from the specific flowers the bees forage, such as Eucalyptus, Sidr, or Multi-floral blossoms.
